W-WM Wet Method

Western’s Portable MPI Kits are offered in a great variety of configurations. Our Wet Method Kit is supplied in our Custom Made #3 Case. Any model of Yoke can be supplied with a W-WD with our custom #3 Case.

There is ample room for;

▪16 x 16 oz. (375ml)Aerosol Cans of; 8 x Cleaner / Remover, 4 White Contrast Paint, & 4 Black Oxide.

The W-WD Kit is Ideal for a shop just starting a Magnetic Particle Inspection Program, or an Experienced Inspector who needs the necessary supplies to perform a through Wet Method Inspection. We offer Refills of 6 and 12 Aerosol Cans to keep the inspector’s supplies up. If testing Sandblasted surfaces, Cleaner/Remover may not be needed, so Aerosols can be just 8 Cans of White and 8 of Black.
